Bacardi's second annual Bacardi Cruise Competition is over, and the grand prize winning bartender is Mario Jelic, Carnival Cruise Lines, for his specialty cocktail, the Kiwi Sapphire. Here it is:
1.25 oz Bombay Sapphire gin
1.25 oz Apple Pucker Schnapps liqueur
One fresh kiwi
Peel the kiwi skin, muddle fresh kiwi with crushed ice, add Bombay Sapphire gin and Apple Pucker Schnapps, shake and pour it into the glass. Add splash of Sprite on top. Decorate with fresh kiwi wheel.
