2 oz Tanqueray gin infused with cascade hops
1 oz Martin & Rosso Bianco
stir over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
You can bet I’ll be making a few hop/spirits infusions this weekend, although I imagine the proportioning and length of infusion is going to take some work to get right. I anticipate a lot of bitter, vegetal drinks before I hit the right combination.
