This is a new blog, so let's start off with a little background:
W. R. Tish, known to many in the trade simply as Tish,
has been writing and speaking about wine and food for two decades.
After editing Wine Enthusiast magazine from 1988-'98 he became a
freelance writer for a number epicurean magazines, and founded his own
New York-based firm, Wine For All, specializing in customized wine
events-private, corporate and for the trade. Tish also teaches at Institute of Culinary Education and recently launched his own blog, http://wineskewer.wordpress.
